Ella Likes to Dance

Ella really loves to dance these days! She also just learned how to do somersaults. Here are two video clips from the dance show she put on for me the other day in our front yard!

Look Who is Crawling Now!!!

Colby started talking Sunday night and has not stopped since. He really likes to tell stories! Check out the video of his babbling.

On Monday he also started to crawl! He loves being mobile and is already getting into things he shouldn't be! I guess it is time to get out those baby gates! Go Colby Go!!!

Ella's Birthday Party

Ella was so excited to celebrate her birthday with friends this year. It was on a Saturday morning from 10:00-12:00. She invited 8 friends to her Dora slumber party. All the girls who came wore pajamas and had fun dancing to Dora music, decorating cupcakes and playing games. Ella loved every minute of it!!! Ella had a mini sleepover with her friends during the party. They all had a blanket and pillow while they watched "Dora's Sleepover." They also ate yummy popcorn!

Ella Turns Three

Ella had a wonderful birthday filled with lots of fun. We woke up early and signed her up for preschool two days a week starting next fall. After that we had a birthday doughnut with a great friend and finally met Daddy for lunch at Rosie's -Ella's FAVORITE mexican restaurant! She LOVES the cheese dip there. We finished the day with cake and presents.

Enjoying a Snowy Day

Last night we got almost 9 inches of snow. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to. All the roads in the area were closed as well as many businesses. Casey, Ella and Fenway went out to play in the snow while Colby and I stayed in where it was warm.

Our First Trip to the Lanes

Last weekend our family went bowling. It was Ella and Colby's first time to the lanes. Ella had so much fun! She loved it! Colby had a great time liked looking at all the bright lights and cheering on his sister!

A Visit With Santa

This year the children's Christmas party for Casey's work was at Sci-Quest in Hunstville. Ella had a great time exploring the hands-on science exhibits while Colby was busy socializing with all the ladies :) The highlight of the event was visiting with Santa!

Pretty Nails

Auntie Tammie and Cousin Sydney came to visit us in November. During the visit the girls had their nails done. They had a fun time sitting in the big chairs and being pampered!

Happy Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we stayed home. We started the day by watching Daddy run a Turkey Trot 5k. Then we came home and enjoyed drinks, appetizers and a great turkey dinner. In the evening we decorated our Christmas tree. It was a great day!

Disney World

Our trip to Disney was wonderful. We had fun celebrating Ella and Colby's grandmother's birthday while visiting the parks. One of the highlights of the visit was having dinner in the castle.
